The Broom Maker

This project tells the story of Thurman Scheumack, a Eugene-based broom maker with a unique craft and a rich history. I had the opportunity to visit his shop, explore his process firsthand, and capture the behind-the-scenes moments that bring his handmade brooms to life. My goal was to visually reflect the texture, rhythm, and quiet dedication of his work with a documentary-style approach.
