Costco

This came from a class that was designed to stimulate quick idea thinking and execution. Each week of class we received a new brand and were told to develop a strategy and rough mockups of for our visual components. For this Costco campaign, my group and I chose to focus on individuals living in big cities such as New York and Chicago. The downside of large cities like these is the lack of space for large stores like Costco, that provide quality goods for a cheap price. To combat this, we came up with Costco Essentials – a subset of Costco that sells Kirkland brand goods with the same bulk quantities and deals. Additionally, these bodega locations would include some unique Costco merchandise for those who live and breath Costco. Let’s not forget the best part of Costco, which is their food court. This campaign also features a Costco Food Truck that sells all the usual goodies at the same low prices. Thus, bringing Costco to the busy streets of urban cities.
